Director of the Polish History Museum in Warsaw. A graduate in history from the University of Warsaw. He was active in the opposition Young Poland Movement. Editor of conservative journals, publicist. He has served, among others, as director of the Political Office of the Minister of Culture, Deputy Director of the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, advisor to the Union for Europe of the Nations Group in the European Parliament.
